            目標 / Targets:
            制定國際性關鍵客戶(外資或合資企業)的戰略增長計劃,并有效地與客戶合作。開發業務機會,確保戰略行動的實施,贏得關鍵客戶的銷售。為建立戰略客戶關系提供一流的客戶支持。增加關鍵客戶的銷售收入。
            Develop international key account customers(mainly WFOE & JVs)strategic growth plan, and effectively engage with them. Develop business opportunities to ensure strategic actions taken to win sales with such key account customers. Provide best-in-class account support in building up strategic customer relationship. Increase the sales revenue with such international key account customers.
            主要任務/Main tasks:
            ?與德國總部大客戶團隊密切合作,建立和發展在中國的國際性關鍵客戶管理
            Establish and develop international key account management in China in close collaboration with the KAM Team at Headquarters in Germany
            ?面對客戶:談判框架協議,包括價格等,并完成交易。承接全球框架協議的本地化實施,以及擴展中國本地且適合客戶特定需求的產品及服務。
            Face to customers: negotiate frame contracts, incl. prices, and close deals. Undertake the localized implementation of the global framework agreement in China, as well as the expansion and adaptation of local products & services according to the specific needs of customers in China.
            ?對公司內部:需要協調管理公司的銷售團隊和各運營部門的協作達成對客戶的交付。
            Internally in the company: to coordinate the sales team and operating departments to achieve the deliveries to the customers.
            ?定期聯系拜訪客戶, 與客戶聯絡人及高層管理者發展和維護良好客群關系
            Regular direct customer contact,develop and maintain relationship to contacts and (top) managers of customers.
            ?通過多種方式(如產品、服務、研討會、活動、交易會等)維護客戶
            Customer retention via several ways (products, services, seminars, events, trade fairs,
            etc.)
            ?對國際性關鍵客戶進行市場調研,,制定和實施客戶獲取和支持策略
            Market research on international key account customers. Develop and implement customer acquisition and support strategies.
            ?分析競爭對手,識別其弱點并采取具體行動方案
            Competitor analysis, determine weaknesses and derive specific measures
            ?預測,了解并發展潛在客戶, 開發獲取新客戶,并建立良好的關系,維護重要客戶的聯絡
            Calculate, know and develop potentials,acquire new customer. And creating a relationship with new customers and maintaining contacts with key customers
            ?與內部部門密切合作,執行客戶委托的項目
            Implementation of projects commissioned by customers in close cooperation with internal departments
            ?和上級一起制定每年的國際性關鍵客戶銷售計劃(預算,實施方案,目標等)并遵守已確定的銷售預算
            Annual planning (budget, measures, objectives, etc.) adherence to a fixed sales budget for the international key account customers.
            ?為選定的關鍵客戶提供持續的直接服務(談判,協議詳細的交易條款,監督業務關系的正確發展)
            Direct service of a selected group of key customers on an ongoing basis (negotiation, agreeing to detailed terms of trading, supervision over the correct course of the business relationship)
            ?市場研究: 追蹤分析企業結構(兼并和出售),并采取適當的行動
            Market research: track corporate structures (acquisitions and sale) with adaption of commercial consequences
            ?密切配合內部部門在投訴范圍內的糾正措施的實施
            Close cooperation internal departments within the scope of complaints and implementation of corrective actions
            ?負責拓展大客戶渠道,建立大客戶檔案和數據庫,并定期維護更新;
            Responsible for expanding key account, and establishing KA databases with regularly maintaining
            ?完成銷售報告及總經理交辦的其他工作
            Finish the sales report and other assigned work by GM
            任職資格/Qualification:
            ?本科及以上學歷,技術或管理專業優先 / Bachelor degree or above, major in technical or management is preferred
            ?3年以上工業產品銷售經驗,熟悉工業市場和顧問銷售模式,有通用工具或刀具銷售經驗者優先 / More than 3 years working experience of industrial product selling, familiar with industrial market and consultant sales model, experience of general tools or cutting tools to end user will be a plus
            ?有國際業務集團(如汽車工業,機械工程,…)的銷售經驗 / Sales experience with international business groups (i.e. Automotive Industry, Mechanical Engineering, …)
            ?很強的溝通和談判技巧 / Very strong communication and negotiation skills
            ?樂于發展和維護客戶人際關系的個性以及從事銷售活動的熱情,作為銷售有對成功的渴望和追求,富有職業責任心和奉獻精神
            Willing personality to develop and maintain interpersonal relationship with customers and enthusiastic to engage sales activities. As a sales person with desire and pursuit of success, reach in professional responsibility and dedication.
            ?較強的行業信息獲取能力、分析能力、市場洞察力,邏輯思維和表達能力 Strong industry information acquisition ability, analysis skills, market insight, logical thinking and expression.
            ?目標明確,能夠獨立工作, 適應經常出差 / Goal oriented, independent self-starter & ability to travel
            ?了解不同的電子目錄系統和電子商務/采購工具 / Knowledge about the different alternative systems for e-Catalogues and e-Commerce/-Procurement tools
            ?期望以專業、道德和誠實的方式開展業務 / Expected to conduct business professionally, ethically and honestly.
            ?流利的英語書面及口語表達能力 / Fluent in both oral and writing in English
            ?熟練使用辦公軟件 / Professional skills in MS Office
