工作職責
Assists in preparing food stuff for cooking.
協助為烹飪所需食品原料的準備工作。

Does simple cooking such as frying, roasting, broiling, steaming etc.懂得簡單的烹飪方法,煎,烘烤,蒸等。?Set up mise-en-place.準備每天的準備工作。?Washes and cuts food items.洗和切割所需食品品種。?Portions food items on serving platters, and adds dressings, trimmings, garnishes, gravies, sauces to fill order according to recipes.
正確按配料單加工食品等添加調味汁,裝飾,配料,肉汁沙司等。
Removes food products from containers, arranges and decorates platter with fruits, paper dollies, paper cups, etc, as per our standard recipes.根據我們的標準來撤走食品,用紙杯,花墊紙級水果,準備裝飾盤子。?
Cleans and maintains working areas, equipment, utensils and cold rooms.清潔,維護工作區域,設備,器皿以及冷房。?Performs other duties that may be required of him.根據要求完成其他任務。
任職資格:
1、18—40歲,普通話流利;
2、身體健康,反應靈敏;
3、踏實肯干,做事認真負責;
4、服從領導管理,為人友好和善。
5、中西廚房廚工,有無經驗均可,需要愛好服務行業工作,喜歡廚房工作!
工作時間:8小時
