2010年10月28日博西家用電器投資（中國）有限公司在南京市鼓樓區成立，主要是作為博西家電集團在華地區總部和全資子公司，投資和管理所有集團在華子公司及銷售家電產品，為其投資企業提供財務、人事、信息技術、供應鏈管理等服務。2011年12月，博西家用電器投資（中國）有限公司被南京市人民政府根據商務部規定認定為南京市首家跨國公司地區總部。2012年8月31日，其被江蘇省商務廳認定為江蘇省第三家跨國公司地區總部。
    截至2012年7月，博西家用電器投資（中國）有限公司注冊資本達26,253.6萬美金，在華員工約9,400人。公司打造了從采購、研發、生產、物流為一體的全產業鏈體系，生產或銷售的產品品類包括：家用電冰箱、洗衣機、廚房電器、電熱水器、小家電產品以及進口產品如洗碗機和烤箱；在華主要產品品牌為西門子、博世、嘉格納、康西達，其中西門子家電品牌多年占據中國家電市場第一外資品牌寶座。
