            1. Preparing the supervisors file with daily function sheets and other food and beverage activities held in the hotel for the briefing.
            協助主管做日常功能表和酒店餐飲部門例會內容的存檔。
            2. Handle team member particulars such as inquiries of public holidays, vacation days due to team member and recording of medical records.
            根據員工需要和醫檢結果處理員工公休和節假日的請求。
            3. Arranges team member uniform request and accident reports.
            建立員工制服請購和損壞的報告。
            4. Types monthly team member attendance list and mark their attendance, split shift and transport allowance. After completion with manager’s signature to pass to Accounts office for processing.

            5. New team member - to introduce to manager concerned. Arrange their Orientation meeting and the fire training session. Keep personnel record of all team member, personnel record compose of address, salary, status, birthdays and identity card number plus date of commencement.

            6. Typing of productivity form, pertaining to the number of team member strength in respective section, overtime and numbers of extra labors involved.

            7. Checking if weekly duty roster, keeping track of any changes involved with regard to change of shift or personnel on emergency leave such as medical leave or compassionate leave. After this marking the attendance report, total of split shift and transportation claims.

            8. Writes work orders for all section of the Food & Beverage Department, delivers to Engineering department stamps time) and follow up with the completion of work orders.

            9. Arranges Food & Beverage Department office requisitions such as office materials, food requests, market lists, beverage requests, as also on general Storeroom request such as doily papers, silver foils, deli Shop cake boxes etc. to ensure a sufficient stock.

            10. Writes letters and memorandums, follow up on memos.

            11. Attends F&B Meeting, keep attendance and write minutes and distribution of minutes to all concerned.

            12. Handles requests brought up by other department concerning Food & Beverage Department, handling of cake orders.

            13. Type and follow up on six months objectives. Arrange for team member and manager discussion on the Employee’s Progress Report. Also does translation to team member.

            14. Check time cards - listing the number of days, lateness, absence without permission, medical leave reports etc.

            16. Takes charge of the filing system at the F&B office and keeps all the files in a good system.
