1.Customer satisfaction
- Work closely with project team to understand the new items requirement, collect and negotiate price with suppliers to support business developemnt
- Organize design review meeting with cross functions to make sure suppliers understand our requirement and have capability to meet the requirement;
- Follow up sample ｄｅｌivery and work with quality & engineering team to resolve potential quality problems;
- Coordinate with supplier for tooling and sample submission in different stage
- Trace and handle all open issues during project development process
- Supplier performace review and improvement
2.Value creation
- Help optimizing the overall cost of materials and drive cost down projects
- Support, ｅｘｅｃute, and provide inputs to improve work flow
3.People development
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
- To participate in improvements projects
4. Citizenship
- Use of Technical Data Sheet to purchase and transport hazardous materials
5.Other tasks assigned by purchasing manager.
Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技術性/專業性培訓和資歷
A）Essential 基本要求：
1. Good spoken & written English
2. Have practical experience in using ERP, preferably Oracle or SAP
3. Proficient Office Applications skills
4. Teamwork spirit
5. Trading knowledge
B) Desirable 理想要求：
1. Strong analytical, negotiation & problem-solving skills
