              - actively communicate with tire manufacturing talent management community, align corporate standards, exchange best practises, keep scorecard up to date status
              - participation on project teams, meeting with managers and subject matter experts regularly to update and revise program materials,

              - proactively design and participate on talent management initiatives,e.g.development centers,career paths etc.

              - ensure customer technical requirement to be evaluated and inspection; 確保按照客戶技術方面的要求來評估和檢查

              - routing maintenance for insepction instruement 檢驗設施的日常維護
              - involved root cause analysis and team discussion; 相關問題成因的分析和團隊討論

              -spc format compilation,statistics, monitoring, spc制作、統計、監察
