            職位描述:
            AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
            1.Talent & Performance Management
            - Facilitates and consults the organization regarding Performance and Talent Management;
            - Actively steers and manages Career / Succession Planning
            - Actively steers and manages Retention initiatives
            - Consults management, and employees on all HRD related matters. Establishes and maintains relationships with department leadership teams to support development planning and succession planning at this level
            2.Learning & Training
            - Identifies specific training and development needs within organisation for new hires & existing personnel through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and HR departments. Will involve continuous review & analysis of strategy, training delivery methods, etc.
            - Work together with the training team to develop, implement, steers and facilitates target group oriented development initiatives and Competency Management in line with Corporate standards, based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
            3.Talent Management Community
            - Actively communicate with tire manufacturing talent management community, align Corporate standards, exchange best practises, keep scorecard up to date status
            - Participation on project teams, meeting with managers and subject matter experts regularly to update and revise program materials,
            4.Projects
            - Proactively design and participate on talent management initiatives,e.g.Development Centers,Career Paths etc.
            - Proactively support training programs design and delivery values
            任職要求:
            1.Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development or a Related Field
            2.Has gained insight into HR functional modules. Has (ideally) 3 years experiences in talent management relevant function. Has successfully managed challenging times. Has demonstrated tenacity / persistence. Has a track record of success.
            3.Applicable experiences in the areas of people development,competency management, had successfully delivered relevent initatives and projects
            4.Has worked with various cultures e.g. in international projects (demonstrates intercultural sensitivity and inclusive behavior).
