Responsibilities職責:
-POSTION DIMENSIONS (SCOPE) e.g., reporting structure, personnel responsibility, decision-making authority, budget responsibility): Reports to the Operations Manager. Guides and coordinates activities of all supervisors, with indirect supervision of all production personnel. In conjunction with the Maintenance Manager, is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all preventative maintenance programs are carried out when required. Responsible for ensuring that all associates achieve safety, productivity, and on-time performance goals, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements as determined by planning/ logistics. Will direct continuous improvement activities through one-on-one enｃｏｕｎｔers, ensuring all production personnel are properly trained on specific job functions, and promoting task forces & production team efforts. Will work with the Operations Manager to operate within budgets and cost controls.
-CONTACTS (internal/external, frequency, level & nature): Will have contact with all levels of associates within the factory. Also, will liaison with Product Development, Production Control, Customer Service, Quality Control, and all Management.
-OTHER (% travel, working conditions, unusual work schedule): Travel will be as required. Needs to be available to work any shift as needed to cover production and training requirements, and/or absenteeism. Must have sufficient mobility to be able to travel throughout the plant.
-To participate in training identified by the company and training to associates as required
-To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative
- Be responsible for process KPI.
-Other tasks assigned by department manager.
Essential 基本要求：
Technical: Be able to communicate with all levels of management. Good working knowledge of equipment & processes involved, sufficient to understand and respond to needs. Must possess strong conceptual skills. Working knowledge of GPS/6-Sigma policies and procedures, such as kaizens, kanbans, error-proofing, TPM, SPC and 5-S. Ability to plan & schedule, and able to prioritize accordingly. Need to understand and implement “Quality 1rst” concepts and ideas to all employees in manufacturing.
Behavioral: Results driven. Must have skills in participation/employee empowerment and team training. Provide leadership necessary for continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills, strong team player, inter-personal skills necessary to be a strong contributing member of the Manufacturing Team and be a leader in the cost reduction and facilities groups. Self-motivating, self-starter, ability to work with minimum supervision, burning desire to get ahead, initiative and speed with effective time and resource management. Good communication skills, both oral & written, as well as good math skills. Team building and empowerment, and ability to lead and direct others. Need to possess ability to see obstacles as challenges and not excuses for failing to meet targets.
Experience Required 工作經驗：
1. University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2. Fluent in English (Written and Speaking)
3. 5 years working experience with minimum 3 years at production supervisor position
