工作職責
1、負責市場調研、銷售與客戶開發；
2、完成既定的銷售指標；
3、主導合同評審及合同的簽訂；
4、負責貨款的收回；
5、負責搜集，反饋市場信息；
6、及時準確的反饋客戶的投訴與建議；
7、依據客戶要求、清晰、完整的向其他部門提供客戶的訂貨、質量、發貨等信息；
8、按照公司體系要求正確歸檔文件；

招聘要求
1、大專以上學歷；
2、汽車內外飾注塑類零件（含迎賓踏板，氛圍燈）三年以上銷售工作經驗；
3、思維敏捷，口才良好；
4、較強的溝通與團隊協調能力；
5、具有良好的職業道德，能吃苦耐勞；
6、英語良好優先。

崗位職責：
1、負責內飾氛圍燈產品軟件開發且完成特定功能要求；
2、基于項目需求輸入，制定對應電子設計研發方案及細分計劃，電子仿真，完成前期評估及報價；
3、制定電子bom表，協助報價；
4、編寫或主導pcb layout、mcu及評審工作，歸納存檔產品的pcb、工程文件等資料；
5、負責氛圍燈控制器、led、pcb等主要元器件選型，負責各階段結構、光學、電子方案的制定、評審和優化建議；
6、負責確認軟件協議及與車輛的接口；
7、負責可靠性測試的項目編制,如實驗測試計劃編制，emc實驗整改；
8、協助處理售后電子軟件的故障；協助完成各類dv pv測試；
9、處理上級臨時交辦各項任務。
任職要求：
1、本科及以上學歷，電子等相關專業，英語四級及以上,口語流利優先；
2、熟悉內飾氛圍燈結構、光學、電子設計原理，熟悉裝配工藝、實驗標準等；
3、具有氛圍燈、光學、電子電器從業經驗5年以上，有主流零部件供應商內飾氛圍燈的研發工作經驗優先；
4、對led燈具線路及控制模塊等設計有豐富的知識和實踐經驗；
5、熟悉汽車燈具氛圍燈的法律法規；
6、掌握led驅動電路設計及led、pcb的散熱要求，尤其rgb led 的驅動；
7、了解市場主流led尤其rgb 驅動芯片；
8、熟悉主機廠車燈相關的電子測試要求，確保設計能符合測試要求；
9、了解can、以太網相關協議，熟悉汽車總線協議，如lin等及相關測試工具優先；
10、具有pcb設計開發經驗或光學模擬開發經驗或整車lin通訊軟件開發經驗者優先考慮。

6.responsible for mrp operation in sap system, ｃｒｅａｔｅ& release purchasing orders, and track accordingly, and ensure on time ｄｅｌiveries at suppliers’side.負責sap系統的mrp操作，創建和發布采購訂單，并跟蹤采購訂單，確保供應商按時交貨。

7.upload weidplas china ｄｅｌiveries information to relevant customers’ portal system, and ｃｒｅａｔｅ or transfer weidplas china ｄｅｌiveries requirement to the suppliers, guarantee an effective communication between weidplas china and customers, weidplas china and suppliers.將weidplas中國的交貨信息上傳至相關客戶的門戶網站系統，并創建或傳遞weidplas中國的交貨要求給供應商，保證weidplas中國與客戶、供應商之間的有效溝通。

8.organize and maintain a suiｔａｂｌｅ logistic channel between weidplas china and customers, weidplas china and suppliers.組織和維護weidplas中國與客戶、供應商之間合適的物流渠道。

9. in ｃｈａｒge of warehouse issue.負責倉庫發放

10.in ｃｈａｒge of invoice and payment issue at customers & suppliers.負責客戶和供應商的發票和付款問題.

11. participate and contribute in the management team of weidplas china as bms requirement. 根據bms的要求，參與weidplas中國的管理團隊并作出貢獻。

12. responsible for the purchasing process and in control of purchase cost.負責采購流程，控制采購成本.

13. ｃｒｅａｔｅ& release purchasing orders, and track accordingly, and ensure on time ｄｅｌiveries at suppliers’s side.創建和發布采購訂單，并跟蹤，確保供應商按時交貨創建和發布采購訂單.

14. responsible for supplier management, and development of new suppliers;負責供應商管理，開發新供應商;

15. take part in supplier audit regularly and make them aware of and follow our requirements from different systems.定期參與供應商審核，使他們了解并遵循我們不同體系的要求.
