2.有生產加工充電樁端子銅件經驗1年以上；
3. 熟悉法蘭克系統， 新代系統
4. 服從管理，身體健康 ，適應加班，能接受倒班。

development of strategic suppliers to support division/ category management product and technology roadmap
define approved supplier lists (avl) on assigned commodities and sector. manage right sizing of the supplier base and component diversity
identification of supplier, component qualification and cost negotiation (not specific rfq related)
ensure implementation of the commodity strategy set in:
- supplier ｓｅｌｅｃｔion,
- component design-in,
- single/second sourcing,
- product life cycle pricing
- early supplier involvement.
- ppv (cost saving)
- qbr
supplier / purchasing (framework) contract which are included but not limited non-disclosure agreement, purchasing agreement, quality agreement, vmi, tooling agreement etc. and general commercial negotiation. supplier capacity planning/tooling.
improve supplier performance
conduct quarterly business review meeting
mitigate supply risk via risk assessments and mitigation plans
escalation path for site quality and ｄｅｌivery issue
maintain deep understanding of supplier product roadmaps and technology trends
gather and manage competitor information and supplier intelligence
provide component/tooling cost analysis; support agreed bom cost targets
support both local and global npd/rfq teams and purchasing team
ａｄｄress scm issues and escalations to global. identify and minimize risks in the scm project and inform management of the risks being taken
conduct safety management of business partners in accordance with aeo’s enterprise standards for customs certification

key qualifications and desirable experience
university degree or equivalent qualification
6+ years in a procurement ｅｘｅｃutive role, experienced in pvc/ev manufacturing process
familiar with plastic, tolling with knowledge of product development processes
demonstrated ability to work with international team
sourcing, negotiation and supply chain management skills
ability to build supplier relationship
experience with international terms of trade and payment
strong project management and problem solving skill
good communication and negotiations skills
ability to work independently

職位職責：
1.be responsible for new product introduction. provide introduction plan when management needs. 負責新產品的導入，必要時向管理層提供完整的導入計劃；
2.ｃｒｅａｔｅ volex drawing and work instruction based on customer specification. 根據客戶要求制作豪利士圖紙和作業指導書；
3.communicate with oversea sales or customer to clarify customer specifications與國外產品工程師或客戶就圖紙中的問題進行溝通和協調；
4.take lead of production pilot run. 負責產線試生產
5.continuously optimize process and product to reduce scrap and improve efficiency不斷優化工藝，協助生產降低報廢，提高效率；
6.preparation of new toolings and fixtures. 相關機器設備的詢價與申購；
7.guide and assist sample team to fabricate first article samples指導和協助樣品小組制作樣品；
8.take lead to finish pfmea of new products 主導完成新產品的fmea;
9.other job assignment by supervisor.工程部經理安排的其它工作。
職責要求：
education 教育:
bs degree in related mechanical or electronically science/engineering
大學畢業，機械或電子專業，線纜專業優先。
job related experience 工作經驗:
3+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies
3年以上外企工作經驗。
specific knowledge and certificate/license 所需專業知識、證書或許可:
good at english reading/writing, average speaking and listening is accepted. 英文讀寫熟練，口語能溝通。

business 業務知識 :
have knowledge of iso9001 and iso14001, and be familiar with ts16949 audit system了解iso9001和iso 14001，熟悉ts16949體系
good understanding of ev . 熟悉新能源汽車充電線纜材料及生產工序
make production process, upph and investment rfq experience is preferred.編排生產制程 ， 有upph 和investment報價經驗優先
