efficiently manage shipment flows, in ｃｈａｒge of daily import/export operation

adherence to china customs and dupont internal compliance

implement importation and exportation based on sbu instruction including inbound and outbound shipments

customs declaration ｍａｓｔｅｒ data maintain at material level

go to sap to capture the shipment data and docs for customs declaration

collect and verify all relevant documentation for i/e daily operation and file management.

duty/vat payment verification

record shipment and ｕｐｄａｔｅ shipment status to bu stakeholders

service and billing verification for each transaction through ie team

front line contact window of customs inspection/audit

in ｃｈａｒge of permits/certifications related to import & export

aeo certification follow-up

customs handbook verification and management

cross functional support

act as consultant to help business set new moｄｅｌ and/or new route

take part in sop setting for new scenario such as new logistic vendor /new route/new moｄｅｌ

share i/e related knowledge with sbu to facilitate i/e operation

i/e data analysis with s&l for vendor performance assessment

i/e data analysis with acｃｏｕｎｔing team for china’s state administration of foreign exchange survey and statistics

i/e data analysis for cn customs survey and statistics

support finance/tax team for overseas payments and tax refund.

record and report dupont non-compliance issues related to import/export and customs affairs, assist sbu to do analysis and make improvement

conduct i/e related training to adjacent functions

qualifications & competencies

bachelor’s degree in international trade and logistic is required

3-5 years’ experience in import & export customs affairs or logistic is preferred

sap working knowledge is preferred

strong collaboration and communication skill

a good trouble shooter

quick response to new things

responsibilities:

support commercial team to promote products, drive new product qualification and share gain in targeted direct and indirect customers develop new applications and products through in-depth understanding of product, internal technical capability, customer needs, and market trend. work with customer to conduct product performance evaluation and demonstrate product differentiation to maintain or gain new business work with business and r&d team to collect voc and ctq translation for new product development, competitive & market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth provide proactive troubleshooting service to solve customer complaints on product application, product performance and quality collaborates with lab, manufacturing technology and quality team across ｃｏｕｎｔries/regions to support customer complaints handling, project localization and management collaborates with 3rd parties, universities and institutes for joint research program ｍａｓｔｅｒ the new technology trend and ｎｅｔwork with technical experts to guide r&d directions provide product and process training to sales team and external customers represent company to ｄｅｌiver scientific and technical presentations at trade show, industrial conference and seminar in ap region lead field study program and community impact program by working closely with marketing and external partners represent company to participate code & standard meetings and draft committees

qualifications:

ｍａｓｔｅｒ or above degree in engineering and material science – polymer, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related disciplines is required.3+ years working experience in photovoltaic, packaging or plastic film related industries. self-motivated, passionate, team player and result-oriented.good team work, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills.fluent in english, capable to work and communicate effectively with cross-region teams and multiple functions. willing to travel frequently (>40%).
