support to employee on hr related certificate and q&a；
7.員工p-file及site資料管理；
employee records/ personnel files and site employee data management；
8.負責總經理助理的部分行政工作，如機票預訂，報銷等；
responsible for some administrative work of general manager assistant, such as air ticket booking, reimbursement, etc.
9.支持hr相關項目;
support hr related project;
10.其他site hr相關事宜。
other ad-hoc request.

任職要求qualifications：
1.兩年及以上hr相關工作經驗;
minimum 2 years hr relevant working experience;
2.本科及以上學歷;
bachelor degree or above;
3.熟悉中國勞動法及當地力資源法律法規；
familiar with china labor law and local principle；
4.熟練使用excel、ppt、word等軟件；
demonstrate proficiency with pc and excel, ppt, word, etc.；
5.良好的溝通技巧及組織能力；
excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills；
6. 高度的責任感。積極主動，能夠承受工作壓力；
highly-developed sense of responsibility. self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision；
7.具有良好的團隊合作精神；

8.英語聽說讀寫流利；

main responsibilities:

?closely work with gka-oem manager for gka plan implementation and secure the transfer project success in china
?identify and develop regional key acｃｏｕｎｔ-oem with building up ka plan and ｅｘｅｃution to catch up new ev oems ramp up in china .
?work with marketing, technical and other sales peers to develop & ｅｘｅｃute sales plan to meet team and individual financial objectives.
?identify target customers and prospects to grow opportunity pipelines to secure profiｔａｂｌｅ growth
?manage channel partner and direct acｃｏｕｎｔs effectively.
?monitor competition and open share market intelligence with marketer and sales leader
?active participation in regional/ｃｏｕｎｔry sales and cross function meetings.


qualification:

?bachelor’s degree or higher, chemical or materials background is preferred.
?minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing, in automotive value chain experience is preferred
?excellent demand generation, ka management experience and skills.
?excellent pipeline and project management capability
?high motivation and capability on sales development as well as channel management.
?strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales ｅｘｅｃution capability.
?ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with strong sense of ownership and acｃｏｕｎｔability.
