Responsibility:
1 Responsible for complete new suspension seat design according to customer RFQ and specification（根據客戶報價要求和產品標準規范，主導減震座椅產品全新開發或者選型）
2 Responsible for coordination inside engineering department with design, prototype, testing function and report to the Product Engineering Manager（對工程節點負責，工程內部協調設計、試制、實驗，匯報給產品經理）
3 Product Legislation comply with FMVSS,ECE,GB.（滿足符合美標，歐標，國標的產品設計）
4 Responsible for material ｓｅｌｅｃｔion（負責產品材料選?。?br/>5 Tolerance stack calculations and DFMEA（累積公差計算和設計失效性分析）
6 Support Project Manager to have presentation with customer and support development project from concept to Manufacture phases（支持項目經理完成客戶方面技術規范討論，支持開發項目從概念到投產）
7 Lead Product development gate review（負責產品開發節點評審）


Requirements:
1 University Degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering or automotive engineering(機械工程或車輛工程本科畢業)
2 Bachelor’s degree qualified with minimum 3 years work experience，seating or suspension experiences is highly preferred，have experience of new product design（本科畢業五年以上工作經驗,汽車座椅或者減震器產品熟悉者尤佳，有正向產品開發經驗）
3 Be able to use English to communicate technical specification in global conference call with customer（能使用英語召開電話會議，完成技術討論）
4 Knowledge of stamping process and injection process（熟悉沖壓件工藝和注塑件工藝）
5 Knowledge of APQP and ECN process（熟悉APQP流程和工程更改發布流程）
6 DFMEA skill usage（有設計失效性模式分析經驗）
7 Work independently, solving the problem in urgent issue.（能獨立完成工作，解決緊急問題）
8 Strong communication and coordination skills.（良好的溝通和協調能力）
9 Honest and sense of responsibility, good team work sprit. （良好的責任意識和團隊合作精神）
Experience using Catia V5 R20 is preferred（會使用CATIA軟件者尤佳）
