Your Main Responsibilities1. English content production and management- Produce, translate and revise corresponding English content in various forms from texts, photos to videos, including feature stories, news, policies and other promotional content. This includes researching, writing, editing, and proofreading content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the university’s voice, messaging and brand guidelines.- Review and revise content from other departments to ensure all English content published through the university’s official social media platforms is clear, effective and in line with university branding.- Maintain a content library or database, ensuring content is properly tagged and categorised for easy retrieval and reuse.2. Collaboration and project coordination- Work closely with the communications team, proofreading team, translation vendors, student interns and other stakeholders, to ensure efficient workflows, timely content delivery and adherence to content calendars.- Support social media campaigns, and cooperate with relevant internal and external functions to realise an integrated campaign project.3. Social media support- Assist in managing and monitoring social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics. Help maintain a consistent brand presence across social media channels. What we expect from youEssential:- Strong writing skills in English, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall language proficiency.- Fluent use of Microsoft Office.- Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.- An educational background in English language study can be beneficial. Practical experience and demonstrated skills are valued equally.- TEM-4, IELTS 6 or above.Desirable:- Experience in operating Chinese social media (Weibo, Zhihu, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and digital marketing tools.- TEM-8, IELTS 6.5 or above.
