Purpose of the role: The Sport Communications and Marketing Trainee supports the ｄｅｌivery of dynamic and individualised communications across the sport service to a wide range of internal and external audiences. This is to promote our services to our customers and partners and to ａｄｄ value to the global reputation of UNNC through our outstanding sports and PE provision.Embracing our strong brand identity and modern communications technology across multiple platforms, the successful applicant will support an ambitious new sport and PE strategy from a communications, marketing and events perspective.Your Main Responsibilities- To develop, prepare and distribute personalized and targeted communications materials.- Write appropriate copy to promote all aspects of university sport across multiple platforms, both digitally and for non-digital platforms- Produce inspiring video, animation and audio materials to promote university sport- To ensure we have accurate feedback mechanisms in place to ensure we can provide the services our customers want.- Produce branded materials to build both awareness and equity internally and externallyWhat we expect from youEssential:- Produce communications materials specific to the segmented audience – copy writing, editing, publishing and evaluating success;- Experience and understanding of using digital and social media;- Be able to edit and make engaging content; - Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English;- Good command of computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe);- Accurate and attentive to detail;- Excellent multi-task and time management skills;- A high-level of self-motivation, teamwork and service minded;Desirable:- Have a fitness based or gym based qualification;- Have a First Aid Qualification;- IELTS Level 6 or above;
