This position will support the regional engineering and sales development team in the sales process, and engineer opportunities into customized supply chain solutions. Specifically, he or she will analyze the effectiveness of operations, and design optimal logistics solutions by
bringing in the right resources, to yield cost savings for MNC clients and meet revenue and
margins objectives of our organization. Other expectations include the development of supply
chain capabilities and replicating them in ｃｏｕｎｔries within the region and cross the region.

?Support engineering and regional business development teams in the sales process to win business for the organization and to meet revenue and margin objectives.
?Analyse the effectiveness of client’s operations, develop optimal and well-conceptualized logistics solutions, and work with regional BD team to develop detailed proposals including solution design, cost moｄｅｌs, process flow simulation, and other logistics factors within customer defined timelines.
?Work closely with ｃｏｕｎｔry management and sales team to develop pricing solutions and perform profit and loss analysis for customer business opportunities.
?Identify, initiate and develop new business strategies to promote North Asia CLS (WMS & TMS) over the medium term aligning with global strategy.
?Responsible for supporting financial success and profit North Asia CLS (WMS) of by managing revenue generation, value stream, cost structure, productivity, risk exposure, etc.
?Perform a supervisory role to the logistics engineering analysts and crosscheck that the proposals and solutions developed are of accepｔａｂｌｅ quality.
?Perform mentoring and governing of engineering solutions to ｃｏｕｎｔry representatives.
?Renew and maintain engineering capabilities to region/ｃｏｕｎｔries without engineering presence i.e. ***, Japan and Korea.
?Work with ｃｏｕｎｔry operations management to improve process/productivity to increase profitability of identified acｃｏｕｎｔs.
