            職位描述:
            Training Implementation Coordination
            Objectives
            In order to implement all qualification trainings smoothly. There are estimate 200 general training courses and 60 professional training courses to be arranged for Volkswagen Anhui employees.
            Briefing
            The onsite support resource is needed for overall trainings implementation, e.g. General Training, Professional Training, Language Training and Public Training and special training needs for target group. Detailed information is specified in the next page.
            Working Scope:
            1、Pre-Training
            Interface to training responsible person of different training vendors and business units for training venue & catering reservation and preparation.
            Contact person of general qualification training for all Volkswagen Anhui Employees.
            Invitation management and participation rate steering .
            Overall training venue plan management.
            Training tools/materials purchase, reservation and preparation.
            Training devices check and preparation.
            Training venue setup and decoration.
            Daily training consultation (registration in SF, learning history record, special training needs application).
            2、Training Onsite
            Interface to training responsible person of different vendors and business units for training onsite support.
            Sign-in process support.
            Event & Visit support.
            Emergent issue during training management.
            Training device and facility usage onsite support.
            3、Post-Training
            Payment & charge back.
            Training venue record management.
            Attendance management.
            Post retrievement.
            4、Others
            Coordination with internal department on the facility running, e.g. Admin, IT, Security, etc.
            Training room usage analysis.
            Training room reservation and usage process design.
            Training area maintenance & decoration.
            Training evaluation report for certain trainings.
            Operation budget report and control.
            Central storage management.
            Training device & tools maintenance.
            Training document collation and reservation (probationary employees commitment letter, binding agreement).
            Qualification and skills:
            Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
            Good communication skills.
            Planning, organization and strong problem-solving capabilities.
            Proficiency in office software.
            Being innovative and creative on thinking.
            Being positive and responsible on work.
            Strong learning ability and execution.
            Sense of team spirit.
            At least 3 years related working experience.
