Key Responsibilities:
Uphold the image of the brand
?Be a CHANEL ambassador.
?Maintain the professional image of a CHANEL Makeup Specialist and ensure that all communication/interaction with clients are in line with CHANEL’s image and standards.
?Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards in relation to makeup tools, testers, and points-of-sale at all times.
?Immaculate grooming/makeup at all times.
?Responsible for upkeep the standards of BA’s grooming at POS
?Speak confidently at animations during makeup demonstrations or one-to-one consultations.
?Coach Bas on MU skills
?The reference of internal and external event and for technical evaluation of BAs
deliver Excellent Service
?Spontaneously provide Exceptional Customer Service to all clients
?Develop a keen eye for colour and colour coordination to select the most flattering products for each customer at point-of-sale.
?Understand the customer’s needs in makeup and produce both creative and technically accurate results to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
?Provide personalized makeup consultation, makeover service to clients.
?Share makeup tips with clients to educate/enchant them, and enrich their experience when using our makeup products.
?Establish a solid customer base and build customer loyalty
?Good time management during makeovers.
?Share philosophy, tips on CHANEL fragrances and beauty products to encourage cross-sell.
?Conduct makeup demonstration in Beauty workshops/seminars to educate customers and to demonstrate Brand expertise and professionalism.
Sale and KPI management:
?Be committed to daily/weekly/monthly individual and boutique targets and strike to achieve them
?Achieve sales targets for each Marketing Campaign /Category by executing campaign guidelines
?Recruit and retain new clients, grow client return rate
?execute CRM KPI to achieve repeated purchase, cross-sale, link-sale and develop long-term consumer loyalty
?Provide systematic touch up or personalized makeup consultation/makeover service to clients and link/cross-sell to skincare and fragrance in order to drive sales using CHANEL guidelines and standards.
?Work with Beauty Advisors and assist them in link and cross-selling CHANEL products to clients.
Operations Management
?Follow all operational procedures regarding cashier, sales, returns, transfers, stock adjustments and all policies
?Ensure all client details and data are recorded and maintained properly, CRM data on each client is kept up-to-date, in accordance to the policy on Collection and Protection of Company Data
?Control and maintain inventory with boutique manager
?Ensure that all MU testers/tools are kept up to date and available on MU Bar and Trolley based on availability of stocks/launches
Market Intelligence
?Provide feedback on the results of CHANEL and competitive makeup events.
?Provide client’s feedback and finding / observation to management.
?Continuously improve and update on product knowledge, skills and keep abreast of new trends in the market.
Teamwork
?Act interdependently and demonstrate team spirit.
?Carry out responsibilities to reflect CHANEL Boutique vision and values.
?Understanding of the Retail organization
