工作職責 -負責制造過程及生產夾具設計（CNC銑削夾具） -刀具選擇和性能評估（使用壽命） -生產前準備生產工藝文件（作業指導書） -車間生產過程中的故障排除 -基于SPC知識的數據分析，不斷提升產量 -新產品生產工藝介紹及生產線領導和操作人員培訓 -負責流程改進以消除缺陷和客戶投訴 -主管分配的其他任務 崗位要求 -材料/機械工程，本科及以上學歷，3年以上CNC工程師工作經驗 -熟悉Fanuc/Brother銑床 -熟練使用軟件（Auto CAD、UG）進行設計 -熟練使用辦公軟件（WORD、EXCEL、PPT等） -具備解決問題和提高質量的知識（8D、5why等） -基本項目管理技能，基本的英語口語和書面交流 Responsibilities Responsible for manufacture process (die press, automation, CNC milling) Responsible for the production fixture design (CNC milling fixture) Cutting tools ｓｅｌｅｃｔion and evaluate the performance (life time) Prepare production process documents (working instruction) before production Trouble shooting for production process in the workshop Manufacture data analysis with SPC knowledge Production yield improvements continuously New product production process introduction and training for line leaders and operators Be responsible for Process Improvements to eliminate Defects and Customer Complaints Other tasks assigned by operation manager Qualifications Bachelor degree in Material / Mechanical engineering Minimum 3 yeas working experience as a CNC engineer background Be familiar with Fanuc/Brother milling machines Skilled in designing with software (Auto CAD, UG) Skilled in Office Software (WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.,) Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.) Basic project management skills Basic oral and written communication skills with English
