Function deｓｃｒｉｐｔion

1. Developing and creating of innovative solutions for new automated industrial vehicle concepts and -functions by bringing in your own ideas；
2. Developing of new vehicle types for automated and driverless trucks and robots；
3. Dimensioning and Commissioning of mechanical components （chassis, cinematics for driving and load handling）；
4. Assignment of suppliers and coordination of the collaboration with them；
5. Writing Roadmaps for new components, systems and functions；
6. Installation and Commissioning of functional prototypes, feasibility studies, testing；
7. Take over project responsibility within the scope of KION Mobile Automation；
8. Close cooperation with other KMA R&D groups and sites；
9. Doing a first make or buy study, evaluation of series production, in terms of service and costs of production；
10. Writing of first product specifications for CDC；
11. Supporting LXMABU for customer projects, no more than 20% of the time；

Qualifications

1.Engineer in mechanics or mechatronics / ｍａｓｔｅｒ / Bachelor / Dipl. Ing；
2.Professional experience in truck-/ logistic business preferred；
3.Experienced in truck development, simulation and dimensioning of components （static und dynamic）；
4.Experience in development of autonomous trucks by use of ROS, Linux and MATLAB/Simulink, FEA,；
5.Best knowledge in the field of drive lines；
6.Being systematic, analytic and creative thinking in your method of operation；
7.Best ability to work in a team and having a very clear communication；
8.Best knowledge in English；
9.Prepared to travel on occasional base；
