Job Summary:
include testing Battery Management System products, developing reference circuits, developing reference driver firmware, writing application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training. The focus is on battery monitoring and protection IC so for example BMS AFE and Fuel Gauges.


Main Responsibilities
· Work with field applications team and collaborate with technical marketing, and design corresponding system solutions for specific application scenarios, such as the new national standard e-bike.
·Develop application reference circuits;
· Develop application reference firmware ;
· Make effective system and Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers.



Required Qualifications
· MSEE, or an equivalent degree, Major in Power Electronics or related or Bachelor degree and at least three years of Analog / Mixed–Signal IC work experience;
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of written and spoken English, fluent in spoken English
·Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills;
· Excellent team work spirit and ｅｘｅｃution
· Good hardware circuit design and debugging skills;
· Ability to analyze complex analog and power electronic circuit;
· Familiar with communication protocols (i.e. I2C, SPI, UART, etc);


Preferred qualifications
· Ability to analyze the BMS protection strategy;
· Working experience of BMS system, ESS, electric bicycle..，
· Familiar with lithium battery voltage curve, electrical behavior and safe operating region.
· Experience on estimating lithium battery state of ｃｈａｒge
· Familiar with the new e-bike national standard.
