4. 同工治具工程師或PE開發新的工治具,并參與工治具設計評審和驗收
Work with tooling & fixture engineers or PE to develop new tools and fixtures, participating
in design reviews and qualifications.
5. 參于首件制作,工藝驗證,材料驗證.
Prototype build & Process verification & Material verification.
6. 跟蹤樣品制作和提供改善行動.
Follow up FA build and provide improvement actions.
7. 同團隊開發制程失效模式分析.
Develop PFMEA with the team.
8. 不良品分析,提供分析報告.
Failure analysis, provide analysis report.
9. 創建標準工時,提高生產效率.
ｃｒｅａｔｅ Standard Work and improve productivity.
10. 參與員工培訓和資格認證.
Participate in operator training and qualification.

職位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 高中及以上學歷.
High school degree or above.
2. 至少1年以上線束產品相關經驗.
Minimum of 1 years of cable assembly experience required.
3. 工作細心,有條理,責任心強,具備團隊精神和溝通協調能力.
Careful, well-organized, responsible, team player with good communication and coordination skills.
4. 具備良好的英語閱讀能力.
Good ability of reading in English.
5. 熟練運用Office辦公軟件(Excel, Word),和繪圖軟件
Be familiar with Office software, and CAD
