1. 以客戶為中心,對客戶的問題/要求與內部團隊立即采取行動。Be customer focus and take immediate actions on concern/request from customers.
2. 負責日常訂單的錄入并與內部積極溝通保證訂單及時確認和按期出貨。Daily operations of order entry and work with internal to ensure order confirmation and on time shipments.
3. 密切關注未交貨訂單以確保準時出貨,當延遲發生時提前做好相應的措施,最小化受影響的行數。Monitor OOR closely to avoid any order delay, take actions in advance to minimalize affected lines when delay occurs.
4. 熟悉航空/測試測量的工作內容,必要時刻能迅速代班。Familiar with jobs in all Aerospace / T&M to be a backup if necessary.
5. 準備合理的報價并跟進以確保報價達成率。Prepare for reasonable quotation and follow up to maximize the capture rate.
6. 跟進客戶訂單預測,能發現數據的重大變化并報告給主管/經理。Follow up customer forecast to capture the big change and report to CS supervisor/manager.
7. 協助項目部和銷售團隊,主動跟進新項目訂單和交期。Support and assist project department and sales team to actively follow up new project orders and delivery schedule.
8. 每月與資材部跟進呆滯庫存和客戶負責物料,報告給銷售和主管/經理, 提供建設性解決方案Follow up the slow moving inventory and customer liability material with SCM team every month, report to sales team and supervisor/manager, and provide constructive suggestions/solutions.
經驗及學歷要求Experience/Education Required:
1.至少一年或以上的跟單經驗,良好的溝通技巧和服務意識 At least 1 year experience in order processing, good communication skills and customer service sense
2.大?;虮究茖W歷,專業不限 College or bachelor degree, any major
3. 英語讀寫流利,專四或六級 Fluent in Chinese and English, TEM4 or grade 6
4. 善于運用Outlook, SAP 和Excel等辦公軟件 Good use of Outlook, SAP and Excel office tools
5. 有團隊合作精神,工作積極主動,有責任心 Have team work spirit, proactive and sense of responsibility
