Job Summary:
1.?Western Chef De Cuisine?is living and embodying the core values of?Rissai Valley, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve?company and serves as a role model and inspiration to his fellow ladies & gentlemen through his dedication to the highest standards.
2. Western Chef De Cuisine?is responsible for the effective day to day operation of the all-day dining and specialty restaurant and in villa dining. he/she supports the banquet and lobby operation as business requires and ensures smooth operation within him/her area of responsibility.
3.Western Chef De Cuisine?ensures the right product is selected and purchased in the correct quality. he observes the purchasing process and evaluates the quality, price and competitiveness of the produce.
Candidate Profile:
1.?Total 10 years working experience or more in the hospitality industry with a minimum of 5 years in a higher leadership role in an international 5-star hotel or recognized fine dining restaurant.
2.?Fluent in Mandarin & English.
3. Marriott Group or Ritz-Carlton Hotel work experience preferred.
