Located at the heart of Yiwu business center, Shangri-La, Yiwu is near the world-famous Yiwu International Commodity City. The hotel features 362 guestrooms and suites, as well as 136 serviced apartments. Shangri-La, Yiwu offers guests an exceptional dining experience. Brown Sugar restaurant comes to life with made-to-order Asian and Western dishes. Live cooking stations provide an array of international ｄｅｌights at buffet restaurant Yue Xiu Wok. From the Lobby Lounge, guests can enjoy relaxing moments. There is a 2,000-square-metre and 12-metre-high pillar-less Grand Ballroom, which comfortably accommodates 1,000 guests for banquets. We are currently looking for a?Service Leader-Laundry?to join our team.

As a?Service Leader-Laundry, we rely on you to:

1.To have knowledge of the operations of uniform/linen room and is familiar with the linen pars.

2.ｕｐｄａｔｅ guest history remarks (Opera system) for any guest complain or comments, to make sure ｄｅｌighted service presentation upon next arrival.

3. Ensure that all guest clothing is carefully treated to minimize damage.

4. Apply for all kinds of laundry articles and ensure that chemical agents are used properly and in the correct quantity to reduce costs, improve quality and avoid accidents.

5.Assigns and ｄｅｌegates daily work and tasks to staff.

6. Complete other related work assigned by superior.

We are looking for someone who:

1.Minimum two years’ experience in an International class Hotel；

2.Basic knowledge of laundry operation；

3.Good health, able to work under pressure；

4. Self-motivated and good team player.

1.具有全面的制服/布草房的運做知識，并熟知布草備量標準。

2.將客人的投訴、意見記錄在其個人檔案內（Opera系統），以便其日后再次入住時，得到喜出望外的服務。

3. 確保所有客人衣物被仔細對待，把損壞率降到最低。

4.申領洗衣房各類物品并確?；瘜W劑等被恰當地使用，使用正確的數量以降低成本、提高質量，避免事故。

5. 分配、安排員工每日的工作。

6. 完成上級交辦的其他相關工作。

1.至少兩年國際品牌酒店工作經驗；

2. 有洗衣房詳細操作的基本知識；

3.身體健康，能承受工作壓力；

4. 積極主動，善于團隊合作。
