To safe guard the hotel, guest and associates’ property from vandalism, theft and any kind of crime.

To be helpful to guests or patrons to the various outlets or functions.
n?? 確保員工按照酒店政策和程序上下班打卡。
To ensure that associates punch in / out and following established policy and procedures of the hotel.

To monitor and to control the movement of all associates, visitors and contractors leaving or entering
the hotel through the staff entrance.

To handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency
n?? 按照公司規定的政策和程序,協助檢查員工攜帶包裹及更衣柜。
To assist in searches of staff baggage / belongings and lockers according to specified policy and procedures.
n?? 嚴格記錄和檢查從員工入口及卸貨處進出訪客所帶的物品。
To record and to control all visitors’ belongings / items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through
the associate entrance or loading dock.????
n?? 確保未經允許的人員不得進入酒店樓層和辦公區域。
To ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back of the house areas.
n?? 確保承包商和訪客用有效證件換取酒店訪問證后,方可從員工通道和卸貨口進入酒店。
To ensure that all contractors and visitors to the hotel exchange their identity cards for hotel security passes when entering the hotel premises through associate entrance or loading dock..
n?? 應準確了解酒店外部承包商所做設備安裝、工程項目及酒店改造項目的地點、情況。
To be aware of all locations of hotel equipment installation, hotel project or renovation which will be handled by outside contractors.

To ensure the cleanliness of working areas and hotel premises.

To monitor and to control the situation around the hotel by radio telecommunication.

To check and to ensure that all CCTV recording is properly operated.

To check Operator of emergency phone alarms.

To ensure the forecourt driveway is free of obstruction and the traffic flow are smooth at all times.

Assists to oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Security Officers, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.

Monitors and motivates the performance of the Security Officers.

Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture characteristics.
n?? 確保員工充分理解解員工守則和規章制度。
Ensures that associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to associate rules and regulations.
n?? 確保員工遵守酒店,公司和當地的有關消防、安全、保衛的規章制度、法律法規。
Ensures that associates follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
n?? 對員工調查問卷給與反饋并確保相關的整改得以實施。
Support the relevant changes and action plans as a result of Associate Opinion Survey.

n?? 熟練使用、維護酒店內部無線通訊系統。
Is conversant with the use and maintenance of the radio systems in the hotel.

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislations.
n?? 理解并嚴格遵守員工手冊關于酒店防火、食品衛生和安全的規章制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety
n?? 確保個人言語和儀表的高標準要求。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
n?? 根據酒店內部、公司和行業內部傳達的精神隨時改進保安部的工作職能。
Responds to changes in the Security function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
n?? 時刻保持并表現出酒店的形象。
Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel.
n?? 按要求出席培訓和會議。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
n?? 履行其他合理的職責和責任。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
