To responsible for the upkeep and repairs of building facilities which include furniture,wall covering,upholstery,wood works,flooring,paint works &Vanishing,masonry,and all decorative fixtures,etc.for all guestrooms and public areas.

員工要及時進行維護酒店設施維修工作，包括酒店內家具，墻紙，室內裝修，木裝飾，地板，墻面漆，石材和裝飾物等情況。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities –?(Key Activities of the role)

主要職責﹣(職務的主要工作)

To ｅｘｅｃute scheduled guestrooms and public areas building maintenance as per specified standard.

按照標準定期進行客房和公共區域維護工作。

Perform all other duties which may be assigned by the Engineer manager or any other authorized engineer.

完成工程經理或指定工程師分配的工作。

To maintain clean work place & storage area.

保持工作區域和儲存區域的清潔。

?

To strictly adhere to fire and life safety regulations.

嚴格執行防火和人身安全規定。

?

To perform assigned task under emergency situations.

在緊急情況下完成指定工作。

Maintain all tools and equipment properly.

保持工具和設備完好。

To assist in formulating bill of materials to a accomplish tasks.

協助列出材料價格以便完成工作。

Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.

完成其它上級領導布置的工作。

Required Skills –

技能要求

·?Appropriate building maintenance skills such as carpentry, painting, wall covering, flooring, masonry, etc experience a must.

必須具有專業維修木器，油漆，墻紙，地板和石器經驗。

·?Able to read blueprint.

能夠閱讀圖紙。

?

·?Basic M&E skills.

基礎機電技能。

Qualifications

學歷

·?Vocational institute in building maintenance.

專業職業學校畢業。

?

Experience

經驗

·?Min.3?years in building maintenance trades or interior renovation.

至少3年建筑維修經驗或內部裝修經驗。

?

·?Well verge with the local building codes.

熟悉當地建筑條例。
