MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
JOB DEscriptION
The successful applicant must have PR / Event experience in the consumer lifestyle and / or F&B, fashion sector, with a track record of working across prominent consumer campaigns and experience in media relations and social media campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director.
Key responsibilities:
- create best-in-class experiences and shares it all through masterful storytelling in social channels: PR & social campaign in accordance with business calendar.
- Maintain and develop a strong media and KOL network in the lifestyle, night life and F&B press.
-Pitch story to media - online offline (including international press / journalist).
-Responsible with Communications of marketing / Event which include new media marketing campaign, in-store events / parties, as well as yearly budgeting proposal.
-execute social media strategy; Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook..
-Manage the day to day community management of WeChat and e-newsletter for the Chinese market.
-Content development: Develop written materials of the highest quality including press materials of all kinds.
-Act a day-to-day partner to the operation manager, ensuring the monthly activity is reflective of what is happening in each market and lives and breathes at the local level (Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore.. etc).
-Support new market growth and expansion as well as successful new-store openings by creating sustainable and strategic community plans.
-Drive area-wide initiatives that create new guest acquisition and guest retention.
-Online to offline tactics and aggressive delivery of KPIs.
-Receive brief from outlet directors / Marketing director and implement it into execution plan.
Qualification Requirements:
-Understanding of Chinese social media platforms and best practices.
-Project management.
-Proven social media management results.
-Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin, and with strong presentation skills.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant account management experience in events industry.

- 至少3年活動行業相關客戶管理經驗
