The Project Development Manager is a sales role in PG DR New Equipment team, that responsible for selling the compressors trains for China Oil \u0026 Gas downstream General Chemical market, including centrifugal compressor and drivers. He/She will be working closely with proposal development engineer (PDE), sales BA and legal expert to prepare bids and secure orders, until handover to project execution team.
What are my responsibilities?
?Responsible for reaching the sales target for downstream general chemical market.
?Find opportunities from FEED phase, and maintain the data accuracy in Siemens CRM tool (Sales Force).
?Prepare budgetary proposals with support from PDE.
?Organize GNG and BNB meeting, when project turns into different milestones.
?Lead clarification meeting with clients with support from function team.
?Define target price, provide accurate sales intelligence and define winning strategy.
?Make sure Siemens energy compliance are strictly followed during the entire sales process.
?Be familiar with PM@Siemens energy and eLOA process.
?Lead the final contract negotiation.
?Responsible for order entry check list if project been awarded.
?Participate in win/loss analysis meeting.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
?Mechanical engineering or processing engineering or turbo-machinery bachelors.
?Professional experience in Sales, preferably in the field of turbo-machinery or O\u0026G industry for 5 years plus.
?Experience in big multinational company is preferred.
?Full Air separation background is better.
?Excellent English skills both oral and written.
