崗位職責
1. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
2.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
3.Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
4.Perform reference checks as need
5.Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
6.Manage onboarding and new hire process
7.Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
8.Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
9.Other work assigned by line manager
任職要求
1.Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
3.Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
4.Excellent organizational and time management skills
5.Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office
7.Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
8.Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
