職責描述:1. Participate in the management of products in the European region, segmenting them based on their grade and prioritizing the exploration of potential products for listing.2.Responsible for analyzing the product structure and consumer demands in the European region, identifying popular products, and providing improvement plans in terms of product selection, pricing, inventory, and marketing. Collaborate with merchant operations to enhance the sales performance of European products.3.Conduct multidimensional analysis of product data by combining market supply and user demand to identify growth opportunities for European channels. Develop and adjust subsequent product operation plans based on market changes.4.Collect and analyze trends and competitors’ analysis. Gather and analyze information about similar brands or competing platforms on a daily basis, and compile market analysis reports to provide recommendations for product introduction.任職要求:1.Familiarity with the composition of luxury goods industry and consumer trends. Experience in the luxury goods category is preferred.Product operations experience in the internet industry is preferred.2.Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and data analysis abilities. Independent thinking and a strong focus on execution.3.Proactive communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams in high-complexity projects to drive continuous progress in operations and achieve desired results.4.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.5.Candidates need to be fluent in Mandarin(must) and Italian/ French/Spanish(one of), English proficiency are preferred
